This role involves engaging with community leaders, businesses, non-profits, and residents to develop community-centric solutions that enhance connectivity and highlight the positive aspects of local communities. The ideal candidate is an outgoing problem-solver, skilled in communication, comfortable with technology, and experienced in team management and revenue generation.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement on digital platforms.
- Represent Ohio Daily Digital at community events and meetings.
- Create content and manage communications across various digital channels.
- Monitor and report on community feedback to guide future initiatives.
- Work closely with the team to develop a comprehensive community outreach strategy.
- Responsible for achieving location-specific revenue goals with the support of a regional manager.
- Manage and lead a small team, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the community as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the community.
- Experience in team management and revenue generation.
- This position is primarily remote (75%) but requires flexibility to meet community needs.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
